How do I set up my account?

Use the registration form above to create an account for yourself. Once it is created, log in and go to the Special Order page to start ordering your preferred food or to book a cooking class.

What food packaging material and cutlery do we use?

We aim to use eco-friendly packaging and cutlery which are 100% compostable.

How is the food transported safely?

Temperature sensitive food is transported in commercial food-grade bags and boxes. Our food is prepared at an approved commercial kitchen and we aim to deliver them to you within an hour.

How do we deliver the food to you?

The food will be delivered in an approved vehicle by our staff or trained volunteers.

How are the deliveries distributed?

The food will be delivered from our kitchen to you or your representatives/staff members, for further distribution to students.

How do I cancel an order?

Contact the manager’s mobile on 0402639635 or send an email to info@culturecarewa.org.au to cancel your order 48 hours before the delivery time. Otherwise, we will not be able to accept any cancellation.

How do I make payments?

We currently only accept payments via credit cards until our e-commerce platform becomes ready, around mid-2023.

When you check-out, your credit card details will be entered into our EFTPOS machine manually. We may require additional verification for the payment to go through.
